Objective: An estimating firm providing cost evaluations and cost estimates on a fee basis for clients including: general contractors, architects, subcontractors, engineering firms, banking institutions, developers, government agencies and building committees, for projects such as commercial, private, public, and residential construction.

Types of Estimates:
Order of Magnitude Conceptual Square Foot	Unit Price Div. by C.S.I.

Estimates done per trade, using the particular trades format. Qualified to estimate residential, commercial, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, hospitals, schools, laboratories, prisons, high-rise building and sports facilities, new construction, additions and restoratiion projects.

Policy and Fee:
Quantity surveys and estimates will be developed for clients on a first come first served basis. Projects are not accepted that cannot be delivered as promised.

Fees are established in advance in writing for each project based on:

Lump Sum.
Hourly Rate.
Hourly rate not to exceed.

Clients and projects are confidential, however a listing of selected clients references or specific projects completed will be furnished upon request when proper professional need is established.
